Learning that Shah Ali Ben Gazim is to hold an oil-pricing conference at his estate in France, Oscar becomes concerned that the pro-Western dignitary may be a target for assassination. He sends Jaime undercover as a tutor to Gazim’s son, Prince Ishmail, a boy who sees women as inferior, and who only respects strength. Jaime soon learns that Gazim’s prime minister is plotting to kill his shah, but before she can stop him, Ishmail sees her using a transmitter and promptly turns her over to him as a spy…
